- Name: Mark Mossa, SJ

What's a "hyphenated" priest? It's a priest who is also pursuing one or more other occupations. I am a student-priest, professor-priest and writer-priest. I am also a Jesuit priest, but that doesn't get a hyphen. I am currently doing all these things at Fordham University, in New York City.

Thanks, Mark, for pointing us out to these great videos. That is a question which one could ask right now, right here, in Venezuela, where (as you might have heard) a lot of people are very much ready to go against others´ criteria about our current administration, especially, right now (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/6696699.stm)
Could this question de-polarize some people and thus build bridges among them?
... Think I´ll try that.
Thanks Mark.. that was a powerful video about silence. I don't know what I think about God... but I do sit quietly in the local church in the weekend sometime if I can, silently. This weekend it seemed like Jesus met me in the silence.

All is well. I'm just engaged in an intense summer practicum that leaves little time for anything else!
It' almost over, so you may see my return in a couple of weeks.
I am coming to this several months late but I am glad it was still here because it is just what I need as I head into two very difficult weeks. Peace be with you.
