Aaaaw . . . False Alarm

Evidently John Brown SJ was just playing around with blogger and will not be making his blogosphere debut. But you can catch him commenting on various blogs in the Catholic blogosphere now and then!

From my interaction with him, John is a great Jesuit.

I'm really hoping he'll contribute to Ryan Duns' Jesuit recipes blog.

I think that John is being inspired to start a blog, but just doesn't realize it. Yet.

But then, you know me.

John,

Abandon all hope of a blog-free life. Karen is on to you.

Yall are all so nice. But really, for everyone's sake, I shouldn't start a blog...

a. I occasionally freak out when I am writing something, going over it again and again till its "just right" and it can be VERY time consuming.

b. Its common for people to misunderstand what I write.

c. Do I really have anything to say? I mean maybe a few things, but I cant imagine wanting to voice my point of view on a daily basis. At least not on record! hahahah

d. SO MANY BAD BLOGS BY GOOD PEOPLE! Whats to say I wont fall into the same traps so many well-intentioned bloggers have fallen into?

John,

a. everyone's blogs include mistakes because, well we are human.

b. no one who has a life posts every day

c. just surrender and give it a try. Your two loyal readers will at least keep you humble.

After all, Maggie feels so strongly on the matter she commented twice.

I still have a joyful expectation of recipes.
