So here's what the Amazon page for the book is saying now:

I just wrote to Amazon, who told me that any information of availability was a typo, and that the book was scheduled for release May 30.
They didn't answer my question about other people who've received copies.
I don't quite understand how all this works. Some people have received them, that I know.
But, I also have an order in for a couple of copies, and they're not promising me delivery until mid-June.
I think it's just that they are only getting a few copies at a time, for whatever reason.
(Or maybe it's just because the demand is too high! ;) )
