Look Into My . . . iPod

I first noticed this at Sister Christer, but since then it's made the rounds:

Instructions: Go to your music player of choice and put it on shuffle. Say the following questions aloud, and press play. Use the song title as the answer to the question. NO CHEATING.

How does the world see you?

Nobody (Without You)—Five For Fighting

Will I have a happy life?
Disneyland—Five for Fighting

What do my friends really think of me?
Wrapped Around Your Finger—The Police

What do people secretly think of me?

The Other Side—David Gray

How can I make myself happy?
Do What You Have To Do—Sarah McLachlan

What should I do with my life?
Sky is Falling (I Have No Fear)—Beth Hart

Will I ever have children?

Square One—Tom Petty (I guess that means only if I went back to square one!)

What is some good advice for me?
Daredevil Theme (Blind Justice)—Graeme Revell

How will I be remembered?
Free—Paula Cole

What is my signature dancing song?
Here I Am—Josh Joplin Group

What do I think my current theme song is?
Something Beautiful—Tracy Bonham

What does everyone else think my current theme song is?

Sweet Sweet—The Smashing Pumpkins

What song will play at my funeral?
Ice Cream—Sarah McLachlan (I kind of like this idea)

What type of men/women do you like?
Cannonball—Damien Rice (Must have something to do with St. Ignatius)

What is my day going to be like?
Come What May—Nicole Kidman & Ewan McGregor

And, considering what the next song was, I added another:

Where Am I?

Boston—Augustana

I had fun doing this too, especially as I don't really have many 'secular' songs on my MP3 player!

My best one?

"How does the world see you?
Tu es Petrus" !!!

I only used the list found at Some Have Hats before I found the full list here.

Well, my music player is Windows Media Player on my work computer. Therefore, the events may be skewed because I had to pick the first song in the list, and it would shuffle from there. I still think it made some pretty interesting picks.

What do my friends really think of me?
- I Think I'm a Clone Now (Weird Al) [do I remind them of someone else?]

Will I have a happy life?
- I'm Still Standing (Elton John) [so far, so good?]

What should I do with my life?
- Jump With My Baby (Big Bad Voodoo Daddy) [well, this could mean play jumpy-jump with my baby girl or "play" with my wife... ;-) ]

How will I be remembered?
- Santa Claus is Coming to My Town (Monsters of the Midday) [Okay.... anyone wanna help me interpret this one?]

What do I think my current theme song is?
- Them That Got (Ray Charles) ["Them that got are them that get, and I ain't got nothin' yet." Sounds about right, financially...]

What does everyone else think my current theme song is?
- On Broadway (George Benson) [yeah, that's sounds about right too!]

What song will be played at my funeral?
- Babes in Toyland (Boston Pops) [Interesting selection. Is Heaven "toyland"?]
